  • IT Analysts (Programmer Analysts, Revenue Cycle IT Senior Analyst, IT Pharmacy Analyst, EMR Application Analyst.)

Competencies / Skills


Our varied positions call for the following (but not limited) skill set, knowledge and experience of interim leaders, who can rise to the challenge of adjusting to various healthcare environments from medical practices, community, rural and city hospitals.
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Administration or another healthcare related field
  • A Master’s Degree will always strengthen your submission and any other additional certification
  • 5 -10 years hospital management experience (could be at Executive, Director, CEO or COO level)
  • Healthcare financial management and acumen, with the ability to investigate budget variances, evaluate actual performance and key practice indicators
  • Knowledge of operating policies and procedures of a medical practice/hospital
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent report writing skills for submission to senior management/physicians
